Black cargo pants with cut outs

These black cargo pants are from Harajuku on Japan! They feature cut outs/openings around the knee area, chain detail, buckles at the waist and pockets-The one at the waist is functional and the 4 at the pockets are decorative. The are also decorative straps hanging below the pockets. Elastic waist band with adjustable buckle belt, and adjustable drawstrings at the ankles.
