Black cap sleeve dress

Super tight black mini dress. I wore this dress one time it's super cute but I just don't wear dresses that often. The cap sleeves have floral detailing that create texture and makes arms look good. It has been altered. 20.5 inches from the underarms down and 29inches from the shoulders down.
