Black bustier velvet top

All black with velvet on the top of cups. Stretchy back. Adjustable straps. Soooo cute and flattering! Size extra small. Fits bra sizes 30-32 A-C or 34A. In good condition no stains; has a small rip on the bottom (see pic) but very unnoticeable. Measurements in pics.
