Black bottoms with sides pockets

Brand new and never worn pants. They are considered sweats ( according to description when they were bought). They are fitted around the ankle (see pic). Never tried on, but I’m 5’1 and could tell they are too long and baggy for me. They do have two side pockets but no back pocket. Material is polyester
