classyjewels @rcb617 Hi, I wear a 10 and they run small. I honestly feel it will fit more comfortable for someone wearing a 9 or 9.5. The heel is 1 inch if that much. I can't wear heels so it's the perfect heel size for me.. Yes, I accept reasonable offers. Have a great day!🙂
