Black bootie heel

These heels used to light up the night! LED lights are sewn into the top of the heel, and would turn on when you clicked the rhinestone on the bottom of the shoe. Sadly they have stopped lighting up, but are still a great shoe. One heel pad has fallen off and needs to be replaced. Other than that, the shoes are in great condition!
