@monicawit17 hi there, i just noticed your message. so it's a size med. i think you could def wear it under a dress. i purchased it a while back and tried it on but never wore it. I'm a 34 c and it didnt hold up very well or stay up without me pulling it up so unfortunately i couldn't wear it. it might stay up with a smaller nust size. you could also try adding straps to it. thank you for your interest, i hope this info helps
