Black blouse with cute embellisments

Check out my face in that cover photo! LOL! I love the imbellishments on the neck and sleeve of this top. I don't like the way it fits me, hence the reason it's posted here new with tags. I want someone to have this lovely shirt. The material is thick but silky, and it is brand new, never worn except to take this picture.
