Black birds on Tan Mini Dress

This beautiful mini dress was one of my favorite dresses but unfortunately no longer fits. But my loss is your gain. With a scoop neck in front and black thin pieces of fabric across the back. The last picture is of the back.the dress is marked as a large but fits more like a medium. Has only been worn a handful of times.
