playa5701a @georgiasue it's brand new it shouldn't have any rips or stains none that I've seen so far. It's brand new with tags. The mall sales them for $69 so $40 is a great deal. It's made by an artist that designs handbags. It has a beautiful clip snap enclosure. Zipper pocket in interior. It does open up like a jaw and then u can stuff ur things inside
