Black beaded cut out dress

Black dress with front cutouts at neckline. Cutouts have black beads around them. Back of dress has deep v-neck with black beading. Hi-low hemline with slight split on sides. Dress was only worn a few times, but tags were removed because you could see them when worn. Great condition!
