Black and white vertical stripe tutu skirt

Black and white pinstripe flouncy tutu skirt. Brand is Loona Moona by 7th Alternative. Bought at my beloved local ragstock in the early 2000s. I must’ve replaced the zipper at some point, the picture of the back shows that it’s kinda wonky at the top, & it used to have lace/embellishment on the hem that I cut off. There’s also some small spots where the pinstripe print is worn away, as shown in the last photo. Fairly heavy weight polyester fabric, unlined. Partially stretchy waistband. Measurements laid flat: Waist: 12 inches, stretches to 14.5 inches Length: 20 inches
