Black and white striped top/mini dress

Black and white striped, off the shoulder, top/mini dress with 3 diamonds and detachable black belt with bow. Depending on your height, depends how you could wear this! I’m 5’8” so it was more of a long top on me. If you are shorter, it could be a mini dress!
