Black and white striped skirt with pockets

Cute varying width black and white stripe crepe-y skirt with elastic waistband and pockets. Black border details on sides. Machine washable. Excellent condition. Length 25in, not quite a mini skirt but huts above the knee. Elastic waistband is 15.5in flat.
