Black and white striped peplum top - Merona Small

Merona (Target brand). Size small. Black and white striped, exposed zipper with neon yellow tag at back. Thick peplum material. Not a clingy top, looks great with a black skinny pant, chunky gold necklace and flats for daytime. Too small after baby :-( barely worn, excellent condition.
