Black and white striped extra long maxi dress

Great basic wardrobe piece for spring or summer! GUC. Stretchy cotton blend. Cinched at waist and ruching on hips (pictured). Tag says large but really fits like a medium. Could fit a small to large, depending on how you want to wear it! Would look great with a Jean jacket and sandals! 17.5" across underams 12-21" waist (unstretched to stretched) 64" top of shoulder to hem 19" bottom (plus there's a slit)
