Black and white striped boat neck top

New York and Company Black and white striped boat neck top. Slight pilling in chest area as pictured. NY&Co usually runs big, so I bought a small. It fit tight across the area. This shirt does not have a lot of stretch. Picture of myself wearing the top, tucked into high waisted shorts.
