rinbay8 hello, is this available ? and if so, are you open to offers? Also, is it a definite black & white and can you provide a full length measurement and width across the waistband flat? I would appreciate it :)

sammyjo9109 @rinbay8 hi. this is still available and I'm open to offers on some of my other items but this one I'm firm on the price. the waistband is a 1.5 inches and the whole skirt is 41.5 inches.

rinbay8 thanks so much for your helpfulness! regarding the waistband , I meant the horizontal width side seam to side seam flat? Many people get that confused with waistband length. So sorry to ask anything additional but could you also check the width across the very bottom of the skirt flat? and does it have much stretch? no worries on the price :)

sammyjo9109 @rinbay8 not a problem the waistband is 15.5 and the bottom is 26 and it has a good amount of stretch to it.
