Black and white stripe bell bottom flare pants

New with Tags!!! Never worn. Black and white stripe flare bell bottom pants with fashion rips in front. Size 3X. I'm 5'5" and these were long on me. Additionally I was a Size 20 with chunky legs and had a hard time getting them on. So even though the manufacturer says 3x I would say more of a 1 or 2 x depending on how thick your legs are and Size 16. Have a little stretch but not much. Super cute but I'm too short with too big of legs for them to look good on me. These are definitely for someone taller then me or someone who doesn't mind hemming them.
