Black and white strapless, back tie dress

Lined throughout, cascading ruffle on front, silky black tie for the back. You wear this more than once! Measures approximately 15 armpit to armpit but stretches when put on. Total length down the side is about 26. It’s a small and runs slightly on the smaller side.
