Black and white smock dress.

Super cute tie over the shoulder smock dress. Great for summer wear as a sun dress or bathing suit cover up. Has beautiful black lace detailing along the bottom along with a super sweet white patterning. Is lined with a black cotton lining and the ties make for an easy variety of styles to wear this with.
