Black and white sleeveless dress

Black and white sleeveless, fitted dress. I’m 5’5 and this hits just below the knee. Sides have a little ruching. Small cut out in the back near the top. Size 8, but fits smaller. I’m typically a size 4 and this dress is too tight around my hips
