Black and white skirt

Black and white skirt with zipper in back with a little elastic on the sides of the waist. Pattern is close circles in black over a white background. Flattering a line cut fully lined. Tag specifies dry clean but worked fine in the washer hang to dry. Lining is 100% polyester outer layer is 97% polyester and 3% elastase.
