Black and white polka-dot skirt

Really flowy handkerchief type hem (unfinished edges) there's a lot of fabric to this one so there's lots of movement. Really beautiful in, but just a little too big for me. I'd say it's more L/XL. Waistband is really stretchy. I'm 5'5" and it hits mid-shin. Purchased on here, but never wore it because it's too big. Feel free to ask questions and make offers!
