Black and white polka dot packable rain jacket

Great black with white polka dots raincoat. Brand is W.P.C. It is lightweight, has pockets and a hood. Buttons up front. And has a separate pouch to fold and take it on the go. Really useful. Lightly used. Can’t find a size tag, but fits like a 2-4.
