Black and white pinstripe flouncy tutu skirt

• Brand is Loona Moona by 7th Alternative, bought at my beloved local ragstock in the early 2000s • Fairly heavy weight polyester fabric, unlined • Partially stretchy waistband Flaws: I must’ve replaced the zipper at some point, the picture of the back shows that it’s kinda wonky at the top, & it used to have lace/embellishment on the hem that I cut off. There’s also some small spots where the pinstripe print is worn away, as shown in the last photo. Measurements laid flat: Waist: 12 inches, stretches to 14.5 inches Length: 20 inches
