Black and white mini strapped dress

Darling vintage mini dress with straps and bust cups !has extremely minor “snags” in back . See photos. Unsure of actual size but here are measurements: Bust 15 inches Smallest part of waist 13 inches Hips at widest 18 inches Length from top of bust to hem 27 inches I would suggest a size 4 or smaller THESE MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKING OF ITEM LAYING FLAT ON A FLAT SURFACE.
