Vintage 80s or 90s dress with pattern of polka dots and small flowers, white on black background, and ribbon trim detail around neck, sleeves, and hem. Both nautical and prairie style. Gathered at the waist with elastic at the back, then pleated skirt. Buttons all the way up the front, also a few snaps. Puffed short sleeves. Shoulder pads. Brand is Plaza South. Tag is faded but size is approx a modern medium and material feels like rayon or cotton.
