Black and white dress with tie waist Dress is longer in back. Front tie has black jewels white pearls and silver beads. Back of waist is elastic size tag is missing but is probably 2X. Pit to pit is 30 inches Waist without expanding elastic is about 20.5 inches. Front shoulder to hem is 42 inches. Back shoulder to hem is about 52 inches. Excellent condition
