Black and White Dress

This dress is stunning and you won't find it anywhere! I bought it from a boutique in Shanghai. It has beautiful detail at the neck and sleeves. Removabe black tie belt, fully lined, 1 inch soft tulle at the hem. Pull over dress, very comfortable and feminine. I love it but it's a little too tight for my chest (I’m a 36D), which is why I never wore it. New without tag.
