Black and white dress

Super comfortable black and white cap sleeve dress with black embellished belt. The belt is elastic with black beads at the front and snaps in the back. Great for summer. Fabric is 65% rayon, 32% polyester, and 3% spandex. No holes or stains. Approximate measurements when flat pit to pit 15", shoulder to hem 33", waist unstretched 12.5".
