Black and white deep v-neck top with bow detail

Think high quality fabric in black and white design. The low back has a cute velvet bow and cut out as well. Kinda peplum kinda high waist. Super cute but didn’t fit right and by the time I got around to it, returning wouldn’t work. Hope someone gets to wear this cute lil top!
