Black and white cocktail dress

Black and white cocktail dress has a plunging V neck and a black high waist with a sash. Skirt is full and flowy and has a black lining. Very flattering and makes your waist look tiny! From shoulder to tip of skirt is 38 inches. I'm 5/2 and it was 1 1/2 inches below my knee. Smoke free home and dry clean only. Wore it with sparkly jewelry and high heel strappy sandals. I think I wore it 3 times.
