Rachel Kate brand, size medium/juniors mini dress. Thin outer layer with black squiggly chevron print with white lining layer underneath. See 4th pic to see how sleeves are attached...it fits off the shoulder and is mid-sleeve length. Material is 100% polyester, hand wash only. In gently used condition. From a smoke free home.
