alexiss_paige Hi, I'm interested but I'm worried it may be a little big on me, I'm assuming the 15" measurement is laid flat and would be about 30" around? I have a 27" i=waist, does the belt allow for it to go smaller?

lololand @snugglefish yes, it's 15 inches laid flat and I currently have a 28 inch waist and it fits comfortably above the hips. The belt isn't really great for cinching, it's more for decoration.
