artsy_apparel @alydawnfirefly i can't see the bottom of the tape measure for the waist. i tried on 2 different browsers but the tape measure goes off the image so i still have no idea of the flat waist measurement. thanks for getting back with me though.

artsy_apparel @alydawnfirefly wait. you added it into the info list. :/ i have not learned to navigate the site and it's a super confusing. and i hate that i have to converse where everyone can see my blunders too. ugh. the 14" without stretch is too tight most likely. love the skirt though. and thanks for getting me the info even if i'm not adept on this site (haha or social media...) :)
