Black and white Ravel top, size L, preworn but with no signs of wear

Very flattering fit with ruffle around neck and down the front. Also has ruffles at bottom of sleeves. Front zipper with snaps as shown Measurements lying flat are chest, about 19 1/2", Back neckline to hem, about 25", Sleeves about 18 1/2" Fabric is 97% polyamide, 3% spandex Hand wash cold line dry. Do not bleach. Iron on lowest setting as needed.
