Black and white F21 summer dress.Size XS

This dress is all about that easy and breezy life! Basic black and white with a subtle zebra print pattern. I belted it to play up my waist but it’s cute loose too! I’d pair it with a pair of red heels and a red lip. Fits true to size and for reference I’m 5’1.
