Black and silver sequined Express size 8 dress

Strapless Express brand dress, very well made! Bust is covered in silver sequins, bottom is a black sheer material. Wide waistband is folded like pleats horizontally and is very forgiving. Zip closure. Size 8 but fits like a smaller 8. Top of bust has gripping material for nonslip. Has hooks for straps but I don't have straps anymore. 14.5" from waist. 29" from top to bottom, hits just above the knee.
