Black and royal blue high low dress!

Beautiful royal blue and black high low dress. Great condition. Has a couple stains because this dress has NOT been dry cleaned. So if purchased, buyer will have to get this item dry cleaned. I included images of the top half of the dress. Looks like tiny snags but it’s the way it was purchased ! Barley noticeable. No rips, tears, or actual snags. Zipper works. Bought from Windsor Store.
