Black and red striped belted dress

Beautifully comfortable dress. I am reposhing since I have gained some weight since I bought it. The previous seller only wore it twice and I have not worn it at all. This is in EUC, I am sad to be selling it. My loss is your gain. This is a great dress for work, conferences interviews or even a wedding.
