Black and red plaid cowl neck dress

X-Large Black and red plaid cowl neck dress size say X-Large, but when I received it, it would fit someone who is in size small-medium, I ordered it off amazon, it's brand new without tags never worn or tried on, I could tell by looking at it, that it wouldn't fit. It's so darn cute. I love it and so would you!! the material is really soft as well!! it is not see thru it's a pretty solid dress!!
