Black and red leggings - new s/med

New. Just missed my return window. Bought for pirate day. Gasparilla. Says one size fits most but, I’d say it would best fit a medium (could also comfortably fit a small) Approx sizing : Waistline Range(in)--23.62"-39.37"; Hipline Width(in)--31.49"-47.24"; Thigh Circumference(in)--16.53"-18.11"; Leggings Length(in)--36.67-37.40" I paid $22++tax, and just missed my return window!!
