What are the alterations that have been made? Worried about length if it has been hemmed

The hem was taken in a bit (about 2-3 inches), but it was folded and hand stitched so it’s easily reversible. The original length is 54 3/4 inches, measured from the neckline. The shoulders were taken in a little as well, but that can also be undone.

@xgvx thank you! Unfortunately I'm 5 10 and will need to wear the dress pretty quickly and won't have time for alterations so I think I will have to pass on this.
