Black and pink floral knee length skirt vintage mid size 14 plus elastic waist

This skirt is so adorable! You could it wear it high-waisted or low waisted. The skirt is in really good condition, the elastic isn't perfect, but overall still really great. It can stretch while in a flat lay all the way to 24 inches wide. I did a bunch of other measurements as well, so please look at all the photos before you buy. It says it is a 14, but there are no other tags with the brand or anything like that. It does say it was once a part of a set. I just have the skirt.
