Black and orange tulip patterned skirt. Sheer on the outside and has a mini skirt lining on the inner. I like how the shape of the skirt is kind of like a tulip too. Has a zipper opening on the side and it does stretch a little bit at the waistband. Brand is Sienna Sky and marked a size medium in women's. FLAW: the waistband at the front kinda flips inside out? But when worn it wouldn't show because it would be pressed to your stomach and lay flat if that makes sense. Not sure if this is an actual flaw but wanted to note that. Outer part of skirt: 100% polyester Lining: 95% polyester, 5% spandex Measures 12.5 inches at the waist (25 inches but stretches to 29 pretty easily), hips are 19 inches (38 inches) and it is 31 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
