Black and gray tye dye maxi skirt

Raviya brand. Black and gray tye dye long maxi skirt. Juniors size Large. Waist band folds over as a skirt but could maybe even be worn higher as a shorter dress with a tube top for the right size person. I’m 5’3” and as a skirt it falls just at the ankles. Has a couple small holes together (shown in photo with my hand behind it.) -Not noticeable when it’s on. Thin material- very lightweight. Could also be worn as a bathing suit coverup.
