Black and gray striped swim coverup

Good condition swimsuit coverup. Cotton fabric. Covers shoulders. Anchor lace appliqué. Just above knee in length. No stains or rips. No size tag but I’m a small but doesn’t fit real tight. Could be worn as a summer casual dress too
