shannan1212 Hi I purchased the Rachel Zoe ivory silk blouse from you. As I was steaming it to wear for the first time I noticed the back seam is coming apart. I wish there was a way to send a pic. I’m not sure it can be repaired because it looks like it’s fraying there. I’m so sad. I love the blouse so much.

dharrisinla @shannan1212 I've responded to you multiple times (?). I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm not aware of this, but I believe you as the silk fabric is just very delicate. I do want you to be happy. How can I rectify? Would a further discount be helpful? I believe since this blouse has such a generous blouse-y fit it could be easily repaired by a seamstress by taking it in a tiny bit...
