Black and floral pattern cotton dress

Great for a bathing suit cover up or if you want to enjoy a nice Caribbean dinner on the beach. The top is stretchy and figure flattering, bottom half flares slightly for increased comfort. The straps can be tied in bows. I enjoyed this dress immensely when I lived in a warmer climate!
